Matt's goal was to bridge the gaps between Off-Road shops and Dealerships through careful and calculated team member selection.
When Matt isn't at the shop he enjoys traveling and camping with his family, brewing beer and off-roading.

Chris Cox brings more than 25 years of automotive experience to GarageWorks, with a career built on deep diagnostic expertise, drivability problem-solving, and heavy-line repair. As a Master-Certified Mopar technician, Chris has spent decades earning a reputation for accuracy, integrity, and a commitment to getting repairs fixed right the first time — a standard he now carries into his role as a Service Advisor.
As his career progresses, Chris has transitioned toward the customer and management side of the industry, where his combination of technical mastery and clear communication provides a high level of confidence for customers. His approach to great service is simple: quality over quantity, every time.
Chris’s leadership style is direct, honest, and focused on process, and he continues to mentor technicians in diagnostic discipline and workflow consistency. His goal is always the same — make every vehicle safer and every customer feel cared for.
Outside the shop, Chris is known as a bit of a gentle giant who loves off-roading, video games, and spending time with his dogs. His easygoing nature balances his high standards, making him both a trusted advisor and a steady presence for the team.

Brandon Morken
Technician
With extensive Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram Dealership experience as well as comprehensive aftermarket and off-road shop experience, Brandon joined our team in the summer of 2023 and has been an absolute asset ever since. His technical skills and knowledge bring a whole new level of capabilities to our team and allows us to perform in depth repair, diagnostics and outfitting for our clients. Brandon prides himself on clean, professional repairs and installations and this dedication and thoroughness shines through with everything he does.
When Brandon is not behind a wrench he can be found exploring the mountains in one of his many off-road vehicles!
Ryan Lokken
Technician
With 24 years in the automotive industry, Ryan brings deep experience and a calm, level-headed approach to every vehicle he touches. His background spans sales, finance, and management, but he ultimately found his true home under the hood — where his passion for problem-solving and hands-on craftsmanship comes alive.
At GarageWorks, Ryan specializes in repairing, outfitting, and servicing customer vehicles with the kind of consistency and reliability our shop is built on. He’s known for his steady mindset, his dependability, and the trust he builds naturally with both teammates and customers. Ryan approaches every repair with care and integrity, focusing on long-term safety and quality over shortcuts.
Outside the shop, Ryan is an off-roading enthusiast, devoted Colorado Avalanche fan, and proud dad of two.
He’s a cornerstone of the GarageWorks team — steady, skilled, and committed to making sure every vehicle leaves safer and better than it arrived.
Shilee Schaeffer

Shilee is the friendly voice and smiling face that greets our customers every day. She joined GarageWorks after years in the veterinary world, where she developed exceptional communication skills and a deep commitment to creating a positive client experience. That background shines through in everything she does — she’s attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about making every visit to GarageWorks smooth and stress-free.
A true Jeep enthusiast, Shilee drives a JK and loves swapping stories with fellow Jeep owners. She’s also a Colorado lover, a dog lover, and someone who brings a fun, personable energy to the shop. Our team (lovingly) gives her a little grief for being a Chiefs fan, but we keep her around because her customer service skills are second to none.
Whether she’s helping schedule a visit, answering questions, or supporting our technicians and advisors, Shilee plays a huge role in making GarageWorks feel welcoming and professional for every customer who walks through the door.
Andrew Hill
Technician Apprentice and Shop Assistant
Joining our team in the spring of 2024, Andrew is tasked with being a sponge! He spends his days keeping the shop in tip top shape, running parts as well as learning and assisting with vehicle repairs. We couldn't be more excited to see his growth without our company!
